Q: You have tons of high quality, fragile products. How do you prepare and ship them?
A: We carefully package every item ourselves. There is actually a lot of bubble wrap stored away in our buildings. We use as much of that as we can, and then we secure the package. We handle the products because we want to make sure they show up at your doorstep in perfect condition. Then, of course, we ship them Priority only.
Q: If I can't find a product I'm looking for, what do I do?
A: Contact us. We will be more than happy to find it for you. Then we will make it available to order online.
Q: Can I receive discounts on shipping and products?
A: Yes. We believe in giving our customers discounts on a lot of stuff. We want to make you happy every time you visit the store. Make sure you sign up for our email promotions, which is on the top left of every page, to receive great offers.
