Personal information, excluding credit card numbers, are stored in a secure database for the sole purpose of order processing and customer management.
Email addresses are for our use only. We do not disclose these to anyone and we usually send out one email per month with promotional opportunities.
How to Make Ordering Easy:
1. Choose from our extended variety of products. Click on Continue Shopping when you would like to add different items to your list (shopping cart).
2. The web site will save all of your items to your Cart until you are ready to Checkout - no matter what pages you explore on this site. To go directly to your list or Cart click on "View Cart" or "Checkout" at any time.
3. A "Login Page" will appear first. You may skip this page if you'd like. Note: A window will pop-up asking you if you would like to view the secure pages or not. You can choose which ever you'd like, but we recommend choosing the secure pages every time.
4. Enter all of your Billing and Shipping information. If you do not want to enter your email address or phone number, make up one. You will not hurt our feelings and you will still receive a receipt with your shipment.
5. Choose Shipping method. For international shipments there will be a $20.00 surcharge that will not show during checkout.
6. Make sure you click on "Edit Credit Card" to enter your Credit Card information. This is the only way to pay. Turn any pop-up blockers off because a new window will appear for you to enter your credit card information.
7. Continue with the order process by reviewing all of your information. Click on "Place Order" to finalize your order. Confirmation email will be sent to you.
Free Gift Procedure:
You will receive a Free Gift with every purchase in this web store. Note: You must clarify that you would like to receive the gift at prompt during checkout. Shipping and handling charges do not count towards the minimum. We guarantee that your invoice is correct and sent with the package when delivered.
Return/Exchange Policy:
Fish Lips Island Cargo will be happy to except your return, but only if you use your return in an exchange. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchased product(s) you are eligible for an exchange. We use this policy because we know everyone will find several wonderful items here. Store credit will be available to any returns. Online purchases will work the same way. We strive for the greatest customer service, so we would be glad to assist you in making an equal exchange. Please be sure to ship your return package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Fish Lips Island Cargo cannot be held accountable for packages lost during the return process if no proof of tracking is available.
Credit Card Policy:
Fish Lips Island Cargo uses offline payment modules at this time. This means your credit card number is only processed by an actual person after you have made your order. Therefore, your information is kept secret and can only be accessed by one person.
Shipping Policy:
We provide our customers with several options when it comes to shipping. Whether it's FedEx Express or Standard, we will get your package to you safely. Our shipping rates are based on weight and speed. We will add $20.00 to every order shipping internationally (Except Canada) - after your order is complete.
Products usually ship within 4-7 days unless the Express Shipping option (2-3 days) is chosen . Please allow up to 14 days for certain orders because of a back order status.
Handling is conducted mostly by our Fish Lips crew. We will get your product to you in the same condition as we placed it in the package. This is our way of making sure your package is in perfect condition when you receive it.
